All the Queen Scallops produced from Ellan Vannin Seafoods are caught using a trawl net, in the clear waters around the Isle of Man. Using a trawl net ensures that the Queen Scallops are sand-free and not damaged when they arrived at the processing factory.
Our factories’ proximity to the harbour allows inshore boats to land at any time of day. Our boats fish and land their catch in the same day. Landings are processed and packed immediately ensuring maximum freshness.
All Queen Scallops can be packed in either clear polythene bags or in your own labelled bags. Packaging and specification can be adapted to meet specific needs.
